Chris was fantastic resource for us. We were first time prospective home buyers and don’t have a clue what we were doing. Chris held our hands through the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what was important to us. Once he understood this he made the effort to look for us on his own, and clearly understood us. Wow. Chris was incredible in our home search. Moving to DTLA from Arizona was a big leap and having a knowledgeable and empathetic guide during was critical. He not only knew the area impeccably, but was able to negotiate very challenging logistics. Being the first people to move into a new building required foresight that we could always rely on Chris and his network to investigate thoroughly.
